Carwatha College launches new New Football College program with professional coaching

Carwatha’s College is offering students the opportunity to learn from the best in the game in a new exciting program led by football director Ljuban (Lewis) Palinic.

Palinic, who is the currently Head Coach for A League team Melbourne Victory Under 15s Academy, has joined forces with esteemed head coach Carlos Alberto to set up Carwatha Football College. Palinic most recently coached Bentleigh Greens SC senior team who went on to win the NPL Championship in 2017, while Alberto coached sporting talent at the Nike Chance Academy.

The College, which will take on 25-50 students across Years 5-9 every year, will offer students a comprehensive football training package. The package includes three training sessions a weird, where students will learn the latest football training methods, including skill acquisition, conditioning, game intelligence and mental preparation.

The Charan Foundation’s CEO, Atkinson Charan, said, “The introduction of the Carwatha Football College is one-of-a-kind and hugely exciting for the school. I have no doubt that under the leadership of Palinic and Alberto, students enrolled onto this program will go on to achieve sporting success. 

The program will cost $237.50 a term or $950 for the full year. Places are limited – interested students are encouraged to register online at http://form.jotform.co/71491015488863.
