My name is Jordan Lauton. I started playing football at 4 1/2 years old with my older brother in u/8 in Community Soccer. My club was the Ballarat Red Devils. Throughout my Junior Football years I have played in higher age groups.
In 2014, I was selected to play in the National Premier League u/12s Ballarat Red Devils. I currently play for Ballarat City FC in the u/14 and u/15 age groups.
I was also selected into the Victorian Training Squad in 2015. I have been part of the Skill Acquisjtion Programme both in Geelong and Ballarat and also in the TIDC programme in Ballarat.
I have played in all positions including Goalkeeper. My favourite position to play is Centre Midfield.
I have represented my school, St. Patricks College, in Futsal and we won the u/14 State School Championship for 2017.
My biggest achievement thus far has been my selection to represent Regional Victoria in Japan. This has enabled me to see how other players from another country train and play football.
I am very grateful to the Charan Foundation in making this an awesome and life changing opportunity for me.
